Every new River Waltz reel purchased through an authorized dealer is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.There is no charge forparts and labor.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident,misuse,normal wear,mishandling,neglect,modification,intentional damage,engraving paint fill,anodize color variance,or damage done to custom anodize pieces.Discontinued products may be replaced with different models where appropriate,as derermined in the sole discretion of River Waltz.

• Date of purchase

Please return all warranty products with a warranty card.We regret that we are unable to deal with any returns under the warranty without a receipt or proof of your item.

Should breakage occur outside of warranty coverage,a repair or replacement can be processed for a fee.In these situations,we will contact you with alternative options once our technicians have completed their inspection of your item.

All items sent in for repair requires a return ground shipping & handling fee from the end user.Please ship your product by a secure method.
